Despite my own personal phobias about flying, it was a real privilege being asked back by Alsim (having carried out a corporate shoot for them in 2015), to photograph their new AL172 MK II flight simulator ( a replica of the 2-seater Cessna 172), and update their stock of library images ( commercial department, research & development, maintenance, production etc) for their new communication needs.
This high-tech international company has retained it’s close-knit community feel, with an open and friendly atmosphere. Thanks again to Emmanuelle and all the team for making the shoot such a pleasurable experience. Believe it or not, it has also helped me feel more confident high in the skies, being able to understand better the science and experience that goes into pilot training.
We contacted Tim Fox for our latest commission as he had previously captured so successfully the friendly atmosphere of our company as well as the passion and skills that represent what we do. He produced some great shots of our simulators, which is not always an easy task, given the difficult light conditions and tight working spaces that are involved.
